Following on from our samples sale this is a one-off sale of various 'classic' bike parts. Condition ranges from rough to 'new' but all are perfectly usable; all the used stems have been fully dissasembled, cleaned and re-greased ready for use.

NOS Shimano (by Nitto) Ultegra Quill Stem 26.0mm x 100mm As new, un-used. Very rare boxed NOS Shimano stem with fully enclosed aero design front clamp. Originally manufactured to the very highest standards by Nitto for Shimano in the 1980's. Polished finish. Un-used in 'brand new' bagged condition with box. To fit to the bike the rear cover nut is removed and the quill and bar clamp adjusted by a long 6mm hex key - all adjustment is internal by a moving curved wedge for the bar clamp and a dual threaded bolt for the wedge. Size is the standard 22.2mm (1 inch) quill with 26.0mm road bar clamp. However, with the clamp design this stem is perfectly happy with classic Cinelli (26.4mm) size bars too. Length is 100mm. £74.95 (sold).

Belleri Quill Stem 90mm (quote item VX1) NOTE: 22.0mm quill (French) - this is an unusual size in the UK and is NOT suitable for 22.2mm standard English fork. Regular 25.4mm clamp to fit track bars etc. Short length of 90mm perfect for city use. Used but in good condition - some scratching to lower part of quill below headset locknut. £15.95.

Cinelli 1A Quill Stem 100mm (quote item VX2) Classic Italian model popular for retro builds etc. Standard 22.2mm (1 inch) quill with 26.4mm clamp to fit Cinelli/Ambrosio bars. Used but in excellent condition - some light scratching as usual to lower part of quill below headset locknut. Cold forged manufacture, 'split' quill and conical wedge gives very secure mounting. Length is 100mm. £29.95 (sold).

Cinelli 1A Quill Stem 110mm (quote item VX3) As above, classic Italian model. Standard 22.2mm (1 inch) quill with 26.4mm clamp to fit Cinelli/Ambrosio bars. Used but in very good condition - light scratching to lower part of quill, small abrasion to clamp. Cold forged manufacture etc as above. Length is 110mm. £27.95.

Cinelli 1A Quill Stem 110mm (quote item VX4) Another 1A with a 22.2mm (1 inch) quill and 26.4mm clamp but this one is a bit rough with some scratches, knocks, scrapes etc, the quill has been cut down a little and the clamp bolt is not original. It does however, have the attractive 'old' Cinelli Milano engraving! Length is 110mm. £17.95.

Cinelli 1A Quill Stem Black 110mm (quote item VX5) Again, a 1A with the standard 22.2mm (1 inch) quill and 26.4mm clamp but this one in black anodized. The anodizing is a bit worn on top giving more of a faded 'black chrome' finish (could easily be stripped and polished). Otherwise in very good condition with the usual light scratching to lower part of quill. Length is 110mm. £24.95.

Cinelli 1A Quill Stem Black 125mm (quote item VX6) Again, a 1A in black with the standard 22.2mm (1 inch) quill and 26.4mm clamp. Anodizing is a bit worn as above but easy to strip and polish. In excellent condition except for the light pitting to lower part of quill. Length is 125mm. £24.95.

Three bolt Italian Forged Quill Stem 90mm (quote item VX7) Streamlined 'aero' style stem with removable clamp. 22.2mm (1 inch) quill and 26.0mm clamp. Removable front clamp very secure and allows change of bars without disturbing bar tape or levers. Satin finish with alloy wedge and brand new stainless steel bolts. Lightly used in superb condition - minor scratches to quill. Length is 90mm. £26.95 (sold).

Campagnolo Chorus sealed bearing square taper bottom bracket Classic Campag BB in English fitting for 68mm shell. Square ISO taper for Italian cranks. Length of 102mm. Excellent threads and no damage to mounting splines on cups. Superb condition, feels perfectly smooth in the hand. £19.95.

Shimano Dura Ace brake lever (one) Single (not a pair) classic Shimano top level brake lever from the 1980's copyiing Campag in style. Drilled lever with tan rubber type hood. Some scuffing to lever and general wear but all complete. £7.95.
