VeloSolo Threaded 7075-T6 1/8" and 3/32" Track Cogs
Yes, we make standard threaded cogs too! As with our bolt-on cogs these traditional screw on threaded cogs are custom manufactured in England by the UK's leading motorcycle gear and sprocket engineering company. Machined from solid 7075-T6 heat-treated aluminium alloy with teeth precision hobbed the old fashioned way. Gold anodized and laser engraved with thread cut post-anodizing for a perfect fit. Very lightweight and very round.
Wide 7.5mm base will give a 42mm chainline on most track hubs dependant on specific hub specification - much more on this in the FAQ.
Available in 1/8" and 3/32" widths and 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 teeth. Gold anodized. Note: 15t design does not have 'cut-out' as per photos. All our track cogs in this section (VelosSolo or Andel, Shimano, Dicta, Token etc) have the standard ISO threading of 1.375" x 24 tpi.

VeloSolo 7075-T6 1/8" Track Cogs Large Logo
A different option to run alongside our gold track cogs. Available in anodized blue, red or black with large laser etched logo and no other markings, these look superb even if we say so ourselves! Exact same technical specification as above but in a limited range of sizes - 1/8" width only and in 16t, 17t or 18t. Andel (S*rly) Threaded Cro-Mo Track Cog - now available in 15t
Look familiar to a well known US singlespeed company's cogs?! These come from the exact same production facility as S*RLY but without the name.
Excellent alternative to Dura Ace. Very high quality steel cro-mo track cogs in larger range (and larger tooth count) than Shimano. Superb finish with laser etching and cut-outs on larger sizes.

Dicta Threaded Steel Track Cog
A new additon are these steel track cogs from Dicta. Obviously not as well finished as the other cogs here but a very affordable alternative. Black finish except for 15t which comes in silver.

Miche Quick Change Track Cogs and Adaptor
Innovative system from Miche that bridges the gap between normal threaded cogs and VeloSolo bolt-on cogs. Recommended for those using traditional threaded hubs but are looking for an easier way to swap ratios.
The splined adaptor screws onto the hub just like a normal cog and remains in place (the same adaptor works with Miche 1/8" or 3/32" cogs). Matching Miche cogs slide onto the adaptor and are then secured with a standard lockring (not included) as normal. To change cogs simply undo the lockring and slide on a new cog. Both parts are machined to fine tolerances in nickel plated steel.
Available in 1/8" and 3/32" width with 15, 16, 17 or 18 teeth. Cogs available seperately or together with adaptor saving money on the combined purchase.

Shimano Dura Ace NJS Approved Steel Lockring
As with Dura Ace cogs these are pro level lockrings from the Dura Ace track groupset. Precision machined in heat-treated steel. NJS stamped and approved for professional Keirin track racing. Made in Japan.
This is a LH thread 1.29" x 24 tpi lockring to secure a track cog on a track hub.

Andel Cro-mo Steel Lockring
Alternative to Dura Ace. High quality cro-mo steel. Wide design with inner lip will secure cogs as small as 12t.
This is a LH thread 1.29" x 24 tpi lockring to secure a track cog on a track hub.
Note: if used with the Miche cog system this lockring needs to be run the 'wrong' way round, ie with the writing on the inside.

CNC Threaded Cog Spacer Kit
This is our five piece spacer kit normally sold for use with bottom brackets but it is also ideal for perfecting chainline with a threaded fixed wheel hub.
CNC machined as per our singlespeed kits in the UK, the combination of five spacers in two widths can be fitted individually between the cog and hub flange to precisely space a cog or freewheel in 1mm or larger increments. Pack of five includes three of 2.5mm and two of 1.0mm.
Use with any cog/freewheel with standard threaded fitting - Dura Ace, Token, EAI, Phil Wood, Surly etc. IMPORTANT: please ensure your cog/hub has enough thread remaining after fitting spacers so the cog is securely fastened. Please see FAQ for more on spacing and chainline.

Beautiful pair of fixed wheel hubs for traditional threaded track cogs. These are superb value shipping complete with a Token CNC lockring and a 16t Token cog (separate value of £23.90) in a lovely shiny box. We are happy to swop the cog size if you wish. VeloSolo gold track cogs look lovely on these hubs too.

Suzue Pro-Max Sealed Bearing Track Hubs
Beautifully polished 'hour-glass' large flange sealed bearing fixed wheel hubs for traditional threaded track cogs. 'Flip/flop' fixed/free design with standard 1.37" x 24tpi threading with LH thread for lockring on fixed side and threading for normal screw-on freewheel on other side. Made in Japan. Note: Suzue is sadly no longer producing these so stocks are limited.
Spaced for 120mm in 36h drilling and polished finish. If required we can set these up for different widths by re-spacing with our CNC spacers.

Italian made pair of fixed wheel hubs for traditional threaded track cogs. Part of Miche's Pista groupset. Attractive large flange design with sealed bearings. Single-sided fixed with lockring included. Standard 1.37" x 24tpi threading with LH thread for lockring. Requires Miche lockring (not compatible with Andel/Dura Ace).

Zenith Sealed Bearing Track Hubs
Superb value fixed wheel hubs for traditional threaded track cogs. Same hubs frequently found under other names but Zenith have a good clean finish as they carry no obvious branding. Machined and polished large flange design with smooth sealed replacable cartridge bearings. Double fixed with both sides having standard 1.37" x 24tpi threading with LH thread for lockring.
